Riogen has been developing technology in the broad area of both commodity and fine chemicals through alternative feed-stocks such as simple and complex carbohydrates. We are focusing on the development of chemical processes with a vision on the environmental benefits for a better world. The following R&D programs have been considered in the initial stage:
- Advanced fermentation process
- Alcohol, acid, aldehyde transformation
- Heterogeneous hydroformylation, hydrogenation, alkylation
- Tandem and reactive catalytic distillation
Our complete technology is under economic and process modeling considerations at this stage.
